Yes. Request access and, once your request is approved, you get a demo workspace, with anonymous and identified surveys, to create a survey, collect a few responses and explore the results. Demo access has usage limits and is not a permanent free plan: to measure for real you choose PAYG, PRO or Enterprise.
A participant who submits a finished response to a measurement. Invitations that are never completed are never billed, and people who are only on your list are not billed.
Our team handles billing: we issue the invoice based on recorded participation and the plan agreed. There is no online payment yet.
You can design professional reports with charts, tables and your colors on the results of one survey, publish them by link or passcode and download them as PDF. PRO adds reports that combine several surveys and comparisons between measurements.
Yes. Grabitt AI is available on every paid plan to create surveys and generate reports from your results. Each month includes shared credits: 15 on Pay As You Go, 100 on PRO and 300 on Enterprise, adjustable by contract. An AI-generated survey uses 1 credit and a report uses 2. Past that you can keep generating: each extra credit is billed on the monthly invoice, and the assistant shows its price before you generate. Only successful proposals count. AI analysis of responses comes later.
No. The plans and the per-participant rate on this page are for Grabitt Surveys. Grabitt 360° is coming soon and we will publish its terms at launch.
After 90 days a closed measurement becomes inactive and its results are no longer available online, so export what you need before then. Grabitt may keep it for a limited recovery period after that, before permanent deletion, according to our retention policy. PRO keeps measurements available while the subscription remains active.
We select a region automatically from your approximate country and you can change it at any time. Your billing country determines eligibility: Colombian pricing applies to Colombian billing, and international pricing applies elsewhere. If the two differ, we explain the adjustment before invoicing.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Measurements still within the applicable retention period can become available for multi-survey reports and comparisons on PRO.
Access continues until the end of your paid billing period. After that, measurements may enter a limited recovery period before deletion. We recommend exporting any data you need before your subscription ends. Reactivating PRO may restore measurements that have not yet been permanently deleted.

Grabitt may update the plans, features and prices shown on this page at any time, and may add, improve or retire features as the product evolves. Changes affecting an agreement already in place are handled as set out in our Terms of Service.
