A participant who submits a finished response to a measurement. Invitations that are never completed are never billed, and employees who simply exist in your organization are not billed.
No. Pay As You Go customers can buy AI Survey Designer, AI Analysis or AI Generated Report for any individual measurement. PRO includes Grabitt AI with generous usage limits and adds AI assistance inside the reporting workflow.
Basic Reporting gives you everything needed to read and export the results of a single measurement. Advanced Reporting is a PRO workspace: custom sections, custom charts, multiple measurements as report sources, historical comparisons and trend analysis, with AI assistance throughout.
After 90 days a closed measurement becomes inactive and its results are no longer available online, so export what you need before then. Grabitt may keep it for a limited recovery period after that, before permanent deletion, according to our retention policy. PRO keeps eligible historical measurements available for comparison and reporting while the subscription remains active.
We select a region automatically from your approximate country and you can change it at any time. Your billing country at checkout ultimately determines eligibility: Colombian pricing applies to Colombian billing countries, and international pricing applies elsewhere. If the two conflict, we explain the adjustment before payment.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Measurements still within Grabitt's applicable retention period can become available for PRO historical reporting and analysis.
Access continues until the end of your paid billing period. After that, eligible historical measurements may enter a limited recovery period before deletion. We recommend exporting any data you need before your subscription ends. Reactivating PRO may restore eligible measurements that have not yet been permanently deleted.
