See whether we're right.
Bring the questions you actually want to ask.
The hard part of measuring an organization was never the questionnaire. It was the weeks between sending it and understanding what came back, and the report that arrived too late to change anything.
Nobody answers honestly if they suspect their manager can work out who said what. Results stay hidden until a group is large enough to hide in, and you decide how large that is. Every other number on the page depends on this one being true.
An annual survey measures a year you can no longer change. A few questions, asked again next quarter, tell you whether what you did actually worked. That is a different kind of information, and a more useful one.
A survey pays off in the conversation it starts, which means the results have to be readable by someone who has twenty minutes and four hundred responses. Scores, the themes inside the written answers, and a summary that ends.
The methodology, questions and scoring behind every report are designed and validated by licensed psychologists. Good tooling wrapped around a badly built questionnaire only produces confident nonsense faster.
